At just 200 square feet, it is small living at its finest with modern updates and plenty of privacy! This property has its own fenced-in yard and personal, off-street parking spot (perfect for a regular size/compact car). The kitchenette features a refrigerator, double-burner hot plate, microwave, toaster, blender, and all the cookware and dinnerware you will need. Two barstools provide seating for either dining or working on your laptop. Coffee is on us! We provide you with k-cups and condiments to start your morning. Take in the beautiful weather and enjoy your morning coffee on the outdoor patio. The queen-sized memory-foam bed is brand new and extremely comfortable. We include towels and linens for your stay, including beach towels. Toiletries and starting quantities of paper products and necessities are also provided and for everything else there is Publix Supermarket is just a few blocks away! If you enjoy walking to where all of the action is, then you will be happy to know you are only a 10 min walk to downtown Lake Worth Beach (with shops/restaurants), a 20 min walk to the Beach (only 1 mile away over the intracoastal bridge) and a very short walk to the Lake Worth Golf Club (just 1 block away) with an indoor/outdoor restaurant overlooking the Intracoastal and a great happy hour! Check it out for nightly + weekend specials! If you prefer cycling, then definitely bring your bikes for even quicker access to all Lake Worth Beach has to offer! Guests have full, private access to the cottage/guesthouse, fenced-in yard and patio. The main house located on this property is also rented, however there is a private fence separating the two rentals. Parking is also completely separate.
